According to the European Aluminium Foil Association EAFA recently released data show that, as in the first half of this year, the European aluminum foil shipments reached 439,300 tons, compared with 442,200 tons last year fell 0.6%.

The second quarter of this year, the European aluminum foil shipments grew 0.3%, which means that one quarter compared with a 2.5% decline began to narrow. A quarter of this year, the European aluminum foil shipments of 218,500 tons.

By the decline in exports affected mainly used for flexible packaging and household foil products demand fell 3.2%, but the data still reflect the needs of the European domestic market in the rebound.
